Construction of another yearlong demountable ice rink from synthetic panels PE completed express.

Brief description of the scope of an executed investment task:

The construction consists of assembling individual folding elements (panels), the so-called combined. Foreign pen (with the vertical pinning system plastic with pins from the native material with a diameter of 10.5 mm preventing movement of the individual panels as a result of thermal expansion at different times of the year), without the need of siliconing, with UV-stabilization confirmed in writing.
Rink panels should be produced by pressing, planing and CNC machining of plastic granules of polyethylene of molecular high density PE HMW PE 500 with the addition of wax and silicone oil in the material structure (homogeneous material throughout the section), dopes of stabilizers for different weather conditions and UV radiation ( written confirmation.) These additions and purifiers while skating as a result of release of the heat at the skate / panel contact (pressure and friction on a very small surface) cause the release of the sliding substance, as a result the sliding ability is achieved at the level of 98% compared to traditional ice.
The content of the above additives must be confirmed in writing by the manufacturer and sliding ability at 98% confirmed by an independent research unit.
To eliminate unnecessary connections one must incorporate panels of dimension 2000x1000 mm and a thickness of 18 - 20 mm combined into a monolith - a single unit through a special system of pins from the native material with a diameter of 10.5 mm with the quantity of a minimum of 6 pcs / panel. Panels in order to eliminate the effect of the emergence of vertical faults should be equipped with the composite panel at the production stage tongue / groove. It is forbidden to use the so-called alien tongue - separate lath.
Only the pins prevents the vertical movement of the individual panels as a result of changing temperature conditions of work - a significant temperature expansion of materials. After hammering of pins, panels form a single plane - the so-called floating floor. As a result, the effect of cracks is effectively eliminated.
The panels should be manufactured with the addition of UV stabilizers - the required written confirmation of the manufacturer.
Panels should be prepared to subsequent application of glycerol - a measure which additionaly improves the sliding ability.
After signing the agreement and before installing the panels, the Contractor should submit a set of the above mentioned documents and approval from a producer for acceptance and approval by the supervisor.
Rink dimensions: 20 m x 10 m. The ice rink will be surrounded by bands (removable ice shields SYSTEM, band module 2000 mm) with a height of 120 cm of high-density polyethylene PE HD weatherproof and UV rays stabilized, with a thickness of 8 - 10 mm (plate format 2000x1000 mm) in snow-white opaque color RAL9003 (natural color falls off) with a yellow trench – fender strip with a width of 200 mm and 10 mm thick, rail strip, 8 - 10 mm thick in blue colour- RAL5005 - all fixed - embedded with specialized safe countersunk screws on the construction of closed profiles galvanized, steel with uprights, flat bars and bolts.
Method of mounting and installation must take into account temperature plastic elongation of 0.2 mm/mb/K.
Access by two gates positioned on opposite sides of the bands. Ice rink will be equipped with a machine adapted for the maintenance, cleaning panes of ice, as recommended by the manufacturer's warranty- NUMATIC scrubber with vacuum and the green pad.
The foundation for ice-skating rink was design, made of concrete cobblestones. The foundation measures 28m x 18m. It will be constructed in a deep trough of 30 cm. Six benches will be located around the ice rink.
Benches parameters : wood bench with back, free-standing, holding the certificates required for the playgrounds.
Minimum dimensions:
- Height: 80 cm
- Length: 170 cm.
Object of the contract is determined by:
1) Project documentation - Annex No. 8 to the SETO
2) Bill of quantities - Annex No. 6 to the SETO
3) Technical specifications for receipt of construction works comply with Annex No. 7 to the SETO.
Implementation and receipt of works will be made based on:
a) above project documentation;
b) comply with technical specification and receipt of work;
c) technical approvals or other documents referred to in Article 30 of Law - Public Procurement Law;
Object of the contract qualified for CPV: 45212211-8 - Construction work on ice.

Another WON tender for delivery to the Municipal Water and Sewage Companies in the City of Warsaw

The current scope for the delivery of offshore pipeline to transport hydromixture from the ZRS-T dredger to the place of spoil deposit, consisting of pipes made of polyethylene and the floats, keeping the pipes on the surface of water.
Summary:
1) pipeline.
a) The pipeline must be made of polyethylene pipes PE 100 of high strength and resistance to abrasion
b) Parameters of the pipeline: SDR17 PN10 DZ355x21, 1 mm
c) The total pipeline length 120m,
d) The pipeline must be divided into sections of length 12m – total of 10 parts
e) Each part of the pipeline must be completed with flanged ring beams
f) sections of the pipeline must be combined with loose steel flanges - rotary screw bolted steel
g) steel components must be protected against corrosion.
2) floats must be made of polyethylene HDPE, resistant to mechanical damage and low temperature
b) Internal diameter of the float must be adapted to the outer diameter of the pipeline,
c) For each 12 meter length of the pipeline 5pcs of floats are distributed (10 x 5 = 50 pieces.) a total of50 pieces of floats
d) Float Displacement: 280 ÷ 300 kg

Why we have changed the headquarters?

We are developing at a rapid pace. Footprint of the rent from the Wodrol company and the previous infrastructure in Pruszkow is already far too little. We are introducing new sections in our offer, new lines of organic products for use in the economy of rainwater and household/building wastewater. We process thermoplastics and develop production. Currently we have our own newly built facility in Ożarów Mazowiecki, and more precisely in Piotrkówek Mały, a total area of 1400 m2, capacity of 10 000 m3 per plot of 10 000 m2. At this moment we are doing well with storing, and the production and exposure. We will be happy and proud to report the next challenges and achievements in subsequent updates.

Why we are currently producing PE HD, PP-H, PP-C plates?
