Below are some selected technical innovations, which production has been started recently. Together with our strategic partners, we continue research and development, which results in innovative products below for an untypical application.
New in AMARGO offer is the composite material based on thermoplastic elastomer filled with barium sulfate BaSO4. It is characterised by high density and flexibility - the coefficient of elasticity (Young's modulus E, the modulus of Elasticity English) according to ISO 527-1 is less than 200 MPa.

At the request of the customer in mind always having a personalized, unlimited capacity and flexibility of implementation, untypical designs are possible, so after reading this text, please contact us to forward questions, comments, suggest improvements. For example, the plate may be milled, thus adhering it with various materials such as wood or textiles, etc..
Thanks to its unusual characteristics - the density and flexibility, and the effect of noise absorption panels presented are dedicated for use in sound insulation systems.
AMARGOform® Heavy Plate Layer are produced with a maximum width of 1,500 mm in the thickness range of 1 - 5 mm, the typical color is black and gray (other on request). Plates can be supplied in the form of flat sheets on a wooden pallet or rolled in reels.
Sound-absorbing panels AMARGOform® Heavy Layer were examined in laboratory - the measurement of sound insulation components in accordance with the standard according to EN ISO 140-3, 1997. The sample is placed between two walls made of solid brick with a density exceeding 500 kg / m2, in a hole measuring 98 x 202 cm. The upper and lower edge of the sample was attached to the surface profile on steel L-shaped with a wall thickness of 4 mm. The space between the sample and the hole was sealed with a durable plastic sealant.
The results are summarized in the table. As you can see the material very well reduces the intensity of a certain frequency of sounds and dampens sound and noise effects.
Another innovative product – the use that you have not met before - it's AMARGORail® sleepers, and virtually extremely flexible and durable joints to be used directly under the traditional railway sleeper, both wooden and concrete. Until now, in case of railway or tramway arrangement of wooden or concrete sleepers directly on the hard, sharp broken ballast often led to rapid and dangerous damage to sleepers and their fracture as a result of huge point-concentrated forces. The transport of large loads is a very heavy burden on individual sleepers. In this case the sharp edges of the ballast have the effect of causing the initiation of notch and fast breaking. Ultimately, damage to the backing rails causes deformation within it, oversize loads and a further substantial repair costs.
AMARGO comes to help and offers a flexible durable filling - AMARGORail® sleepers (spacers) of high impact strengthened manufactured from plastic resistant to pressure-point deflection. Thanks to a special formula including the composition of the composite-original, as well as physical properties and flexibility of the polymer chains arranged between the aggregate fill a typical sleeper significantly reduces the risk of deformation, curves, deformation and damage as a consequence of the railway composition passages.
Our elastic - flexible AMARGORail® sleepers have also strong features of noise dampening not assigning of it to the track on the land and buildings. As a result, in buildings located in the vicinity of railway / tramway, and to passers-by noise and vibration caused by the movement of trains are less noticeable and annoying.
Mounting of AMARGORail® sleepers takes place according to the following schedule - underneath the concrete/ timber sleepers .

Innovative flexible, efficient and long life hydrotransport hard-wear system for ballasts, sand, gravel - aggregates excavated from the mine.
Complete solutions from one source - AMARGO - PE flange pipes HD PE 80 SDR 11, 17 with flanges loose and floats to fit pipes and power cables for refuler, technology platforms, walkways for communication, pontoons, and many others.
Modern complete system to transport by water the excavated material from the bottom of rivers, lakes, pits, mines aggregates, gravel.
For several years to now we have been successfully delivering to many mines complex pipe systems with increased resistance to abrasion - abrasive action of sand, gravel, mineral water transported with the solids, resistant to internal pressure, corrosion resistant, and with minimum flow resistance - friction (low coefficient polyethylene surface roughness, good parameters of fluid mechanics - the flow, resulting in low linear and local resistance).
Since the pipes are typically installed on the outside, the material from which they are made must also be resistant to sunlight.
Resistance to dynamic loads of the material determines the strength of the material to impact, which is inevitable during transport, installation and operation of pipelines. Pipes must be relatively light and often combined so that they can be dismantled if necessary.
Pipes made of polyethylene have a much higher abrasion resistance compared to steel pipe (about 3-5 times better performance and longer life), polyester resins, stoneware, PVC - abrasion was examined in a specialized center in Darmstadt, and determined on the charts below.
Short description of research methods and conclusions:
For the calculation of the abrasion resistance the Kirschmer's method of using water developed at the Technical University in Darmstadt has proved to be successful
The sample for testing 1m section of DN 300 pipe cut lengthwise into half was adopted and it was tilted up and down by movements of the pendulum with a frequency of 0.18 Hz. This frequency corresponds to 21.6 load changes / min, with a change of load defined as a single movement of the material shearing in one direction. The frequency of 0.18 Hz ensures that the abrasive material will be exposed to a full length on the internal surface of the test tube.
As a medium the mixture of water and sand / quartz gravel content was used of approximately 46% sand / gravel and grain diameter of 30 mm.
With every 100,000 load changes abrasive material was replaced.
A measure of abrasion: the average loss in the test gutter wall after a certain period of time of the impact of abrasive material. Different materials have different attrition over time. We can also distinguish between material that in the initial stage of use are high and then low abrasion and those which have low first and then the high attrition. Number of load cycles equal to the 100,000 recommended by DIN 1230 is not sufficient on its basis to be able to address attrition over time. Gutters test should be exposed to at least 300,000 load cycles (approximately 230 h). Due to their low attrition of 0.3 mm after 400,000 cycles of load changes (300 h) or because of the low end abrasion, which is 0.61 • 10-6 mm/cycle load changes, used special polyethylene material may be classified to a group of materials with very high resistance to abrasion.
The results are summarized in the chart:
Typically, HD PE pipes are made in accordance with DIN 8074/75 with flanged sleeves and galvanized steel collars(the max drilling PN 10 bar) loose enough to make from time to time the turning of pipe to ensure even wear around the circumference of the pipe, in effect provide even longer life of the pipeline.
Apart from the supply of pipes also floats to the HD PE pipes, floating pipeline system on the water surface, hydrotransport, floating platforms, technological service, communication bridge, system of floating for cables.
We offer a rich technological pipeline equipment placed on the water - an indispensable, universal, aesthetic and functional floats to the HD PE pipes.
We have launched our own production of floats PE - now only in one place a complete menu: hard-HD PE pipes for hydrotransport and tube floats of roto, offer to mine aggregates, gravel, sand, dredgers, refullers - attests to the attrition by Darmstadt
We produce a rich pipeline of technological equipment placed on the water - including the indispensable, universal, aesthetic and functional floats to the HD PE pipes.
Floats are manufactured by rotomoulding (rotational molding at high temperature) in two or more parts (depending on diameter) - bolted with galvanized bolts.
Inner diameter of the float is fully in line outside diameter pipes to be supplied (usually polyethylene PE HD), a close attachment of float ensures that it will not be moved on the pipeline during operation.
Other floats dimensions - capacity, and displacement is selected, so as to always maintain enough free space on the pipeline filled with water, assuming a flanged pipe coupling system (the extra weight: 2 x sleeve flange + steel loose flange)
For easy location and visual observation of the pipeline, floats are produced from the material of a bright green color and the shape of a prism. PE HD material is completely resistant to corrosion and thus life offered system (pipes & floats) is incomparably long in relation to other solutions (steel, wood, PVC..) More detailed data like size, displacement, mounting, etc. are sent on request, so please contact us.
In the application of round floats and only straight sections of pipe, it is recommended to eliminate the automatic rotation of pipes due to the weight of the other along the circumference of the pipe (in places of higher consumption of pipe material automatically becomes lighter, so it tends to self-rotate, as round-shaped floats with the same shape allow any turnover without additional resistance.) while ensuring accurate tracking of rotation cycles, optionally used pontoon floats, and elongated in shape steel brackets (even if only in a few places). During the operation of the mine on water with the movement on circle, the turning of tubes usually occurs spontaneously, as the pipes are permanently twisted and because of barge movement the pipeline changes the location by itself.
Additionally, we offer technology platforms and recreational modular platforms - to expand the system at any time and also made of the PE HD aesthetic plastic by rotational molding.
For more information on the filling of bridges, communication footbridges and floating work platforms - lightweight openwork gratings resistant to corrosion can be found under chemical resistant gratings, corrosion resistant polypropylene type VEMA

Pontoon/ bridge floats are ideally suited to maintaining themselves on the water, for example, bridging footbridges, platforms, floating platforms, technology platforms in various types of water facilities such as dredgers, refuler systems, extraction of aggregates, sand, at shipyards, mooring areas and other water buildings. Thanks to their special design facilitating the combination of floats together, we can get virtually unlimited length of the float of a certain buoyancy and capacity required to maintain the water application with full stability. Special openings with internal thread facilitate installation of other structural elements to floats like cross beams, brackets, creating a robust vessel construction. As a novelty in the offer AMARGO we present selected plates of thermoplastic materials for special applications in the field of orthopedic devices.
Polyethylene is a material having the simplest molecular structure of all materials. Orthopaedic technology uses PE-HD (high-molecular, high-density molecular) and PE-LD (low molecular weight, low molecular density). Another feature is to differentiate the various products such as molecular weight of PE 500: a high molecular weight, high stiffness and hardness, very resistant to deformation during the vacuum forming process.
Signs commonly used PE-HMW (High Molecular Weight) - high molecular weight and PE-UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) - very high molecular weight are often used in determining the molecular weight.
Material marked as PE 200 is a new product for the intermediate parameters which gives new possibilities for processing, molding and shaping while retaining substantial strength and durability in the long term.

According to the latest trend - PPT AMARGO plates are manufactured from polypropylene with the use of different proportions of talc filler, and stabilizers and purifiers. Extruded AMARGO PPT plates stand by increased stiffness and resistance to higher temperature (even at a higher temperature stiffness boards - Young's modulus of elasticity remains high, HDT High Temperature Heat Distoration).
Plates with 30% content of TALK marked AMARGO PPT30 are available in light gray (similar to RAL 7035), optionally with the addition of hindering and delaying the ignition and spread of fire (so-called additives Flame Retarder, marking PPs - as polypropylene is difficult to inflammation , PP-TE) and are widely used in industrial, electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with the requirements of IEC 60695 -2 -12 (after a test under fire "flammability test" glowing wire method at temperatures up to 800 ° C).
PPT AMARGO plates are manufactured in thicknesses from 1 to 5 mm, sheet width 1500 mm normally. Standard colors: natural and gray, others by arrangement.
Variants of design - percentages of fillers - talc additives and density of the composite, respectively - of the finished product are given in the table below:
Under the needs of the customer, for example, if the production of finished components is exported to the United States to apply different rules and standards it is possible to perform other tests, such as, inter alia, TEST UL 94 of flammability FOR PLASTICS.
UL 94 is a standard used by the American Underwriters Laboratories according to which the properties of flammable and fire safety of plastics used in equipment and instruments are examined. In the test of UL 94 HB (horizontal burning) process of burning of element located horizontally of plastic is examined, and a more demanding test, UL 94 V (vertical burning) concerns burning of element located vertically. The exact description of the equipment, installation conditions and the test is in a standard of UL 94 HB.
NEW - Extruded AMARGO PPT plates out of granules with improved formula and new additions can withstand temperatures up to 130 ˚C, while keeping in contrast to the usual panels of polypropylene homopolymer PP-H, and the more to the copolymer PP-C, high coefficient of elasticity (E Younge'a module) and are approved for direct food contact (FDA-Foods and Drug Administration). Thanks to its physical and chemical properties the material of AMARGO PPT is a very good choice when it comes to the production of carpets and food sterilizers in the wider industry of beverage, beer and food products.

Variants of execution - percentages of fillers - talc additives and density of the composite, of the finished product respectively are given in the table below:
For individual order from a specially produced PPT plates with admixtures we produce by CNC machining in special temperature conditions unique openwork bases PP TALK SS20 for sterilization of food products, for example, in horizontal autoclaves - inserts, shelf trays, autoclave dividers.
In the production process, inter alia, of canned food for many years industrial-scale sterilization have been used in horizontal autoclaves. Food product packed in glass or metal container is placed on the openwork primers and subjected to high temperatures.
Trays of AMARKLAW® PP with high quality and very good ratio price / service life are used as an invaluable economical openwork primers in the process of sterilization in autoclaves, especially in high-volume processes.
Primers were made from a specially developed material that provides high resistance to twisting, even at high temperatures, and thanks to compact design and size matched perfectly they fulfill their mission even in the most extreme conditions.
The developed unique multi-extrusion process on our two-screw extruders allows a flexible production of AMARKLAW® plates without the need for costly prepared to individual order-type mixtures of compound granules.
In the complex technology the entire process takes place directly and exclusively within the extruder system, so we eliminate the problem of the minimum amount of material needed for manufacturing custom only for special applications. Thus, thanks to our unique method, it is possible to manufacture sheets of special plastic, even for small series in unusual sizes and designs.
PRODUCTION "TO BE READY". CUSTOMER NEEDS VS. POSSIBILITIES
All autoclaves AMARKLAW® spacers are made of special full plates by CNC machining method according to individual agreements with the client.
This enables us to offer you the full capabilities of the flexible choice of shape, size and arrangement of holes, the degree of perforations and finishes of PP sandwich plates surfaces. In short, each variant of cooperation and the implementation of the final product is possible without restrictions.
The materials used - technical data.
Detailed data are available on request or at website.
In short, for example, Young's modulus of elasticity according to ISO 1183 is for standard plate PP-H homopolymer without additives 1150 MPa for AMARKLAW® PPH SS0 2200 MPa and for AMARKLAW® SS20 to 2800 MPa.
Similarly, the stress at yield is higher - according to ISO 527 is not 32 but 40 MPa.
High impact strength of Charpy ISO 179-1/1eu is not 7 but 2.6, or 1.85 kJ/m2.
A significant difference is in terms of softening point of Vicat - based on ISO 306 / A is not 90 ° C as for PP-H but 160 ° C.
Also, the temperature of deflection under load - a test under pressure HDT 0.45 MPa according to ISO 75/B is not 86 °C as for PP-H but 130/140 °C.
As you can see from the above short sleepers compared to autoclave AMARKLAW® is the ideal choice to ensure the long-term economic exploitation.
All manufactured dividers/panels are certified Hygienic Food and Drug Administration FDA.

Technological advances in the field of new formulas of modified technical materials from the polyolefin group gave the opportunity for AMARGO of creation and production of novel synthetic panels for use as a year-long sheet of ice. The solution is based on the use of a very slippery and yet tough and abrasion-resistant synthetic panels with specially modified material from the group of high molecular polyolefins with a special system of locks to facilitate fast and efficient assembly and disassembly.
The main advantage of synthetic ice are their low cost of purchase and maintenance, since it does not require a large amount of energy for freezing panes, ice-smoothing machine, expensive cooling system and an annual complex assembly.
The sliding ability is only slightly lower compared to the normal traditional ice formed from freezing of water.
You save on synthetic ice, because:
With low investment and operational costs ice becomes extremely profitable venture and the investment returns after a period of one to two years. Especially popular are the areas from 150 to 320 m2. One user as it is assumed needs an average of 4 m2, so small rink can simultaneously serve up to 80 clients. The big advantage of the AMARGice® panels is a unique formula with the addition of wax material, which ensures long-term use (four years manufacturer's warranty, lifetime minimum of 8 - 10 years).
Examples of applications of synthetic ice rink PE AMARGice®:
In the initial phase of introduction many years ago, synthetic ice rinks required systematic cumbersome process of siliconing to ensure the correct operating parameters. This resulted in an increased workload and the emergence of greasy surface to attract dirt, and dirty clothes causing people collapsing on the panel. AMARGice® Product thanks to a special formula that is devoid of defects, and the maintenance of merely ordinary maintenance of the surface to be clean and periodically spraying the surface with an aqueous solution of increasing the measure of sliding ability of AMARGiCE® XSC243 containing glycerol.
Panels of ice rinks of AMARGice® are made with a thickness of 18-25 mm, depending on connection type and it is the entire cross-section of the panel the same material properties of the full performance, which is why even the most difficult operating conditions do not prevent, as opposed to competing panels made in conjunction of the chipboard.
Details on the synthetic ice rink panels and EP band can be found in the section year-round artificial ice rink on the basis of the EP and the panels AMARGice and hockey bands, recreational skating rinks HD UV PE, PE 500
New ideas and thoughtful solution - Special Extruded - Extruded sheets of structure / texture non-slip design ideal for use in a car, as a protective coating on wooden panels of plywood or other solid surfaces. Their durability, flexibility, resistance to low temperatures, damage and long-term viability is particularly evident in the difficult conditions, to which they are subjected when they constitute elements of the truck trailers. Depending on customer needs, there is the possibility of extrusion, to give other special designs on the surfaces of plates.
Optionally, the material can be stabilized in the solar UV radiation. Installation usually takes place via a binder / adhesive resin for example. The overall tightness - if any is required – with connections of each sheet can be obtained by manual welding machine to weld small plastic of type Triack eg. Leister, Steinel, Dohle using appropriate binders - welding wire
Additional information provided upon request. So please contact us.
The newest machine - extrusion line for plates AMARGO gives options besides the standard production of panels of equal thickness throughout the cross section can also provide coextrusion, which is co-extruding of two or more materials with different parameters so that after being plasticized and melted they could be combined into one unit. The advantage of co-extrusion process, while coextruded product is that each layer of the resultant material - laminate may have desirable characteristics - such as the properties of an unusual color, different density, degree of foaming, smoothness, stiffness, water resistance or resistance to other factors such as UV or aggressive environments. As a result, we can produce for you, for example, the plate with a thickness of 5 mm from the outer layer thickness of only 0.8 mm in such an unusual color of your choice (with the use of expensive pigments, stabilizers and UV stabilizers), and through the use of coextrusion remaining thickness will be made of typical granules considerably cheaper, and even as far as possible, and due the requirements of the customer of regranulate or as a foamed layer of a lower density (due to lighter weight and thus lower price of the final product).
In summary, we have a greater capacity to produce new plates with cutting costs and increasing simultaneously the embodiment of what is certain to be pleased.
Examples of implementation of the options are presented in the table below:
