The production offer of AMARGO includes in particular the extrusion of a wide range of flat panels on the structure of both solid and foam - the type of PP-FOAM (density lower by about 12% compared to solid plates).

Extrusion takes place in modern professional line of Krause Mafei brand with the use of the original raw material – granule of renowned European manufacturers such as Hostalen, Borealis, Chemopetrol Orlen group. After individual consultation with a Customer, particularly with regard to ecological aspects, we are willing to use in production some type of recycling material.

Production capabilities include:

• thickness range from 1 to 20 mm
• any width ranging from 500 to 2000 mm
• length of flat sheets of plates is arbitrary ranging from 800 mm to 4000 mm, for example (though this is not a limitation of production, and more of palette-logistics)
• plates in rolls - rolls up to 50 mb
• standard colors: natural, black, beige RAL 7032, white, light blue, blue, dark blue, light green, dark green, orange, other RAL colours to be determined
• extrusion of plates with additives, fillers such as talc PP-PP-T TALK type, with stabilizers to UV radiation, with the addition of fractions of wood called Polywood (PP + milled wood chips) wax, addition of inflammatory substances such as polypropylene inflammatory PPs, with the additive allowing for the free disposal of electrical goods such as so-called PPs EL or PE-EL (for example used in the ventilation, construction machinery, tanks and automotive sector), fillers such as glass beads, aluminum oxide or silicon
• option to produce plates as so-called laminated with cloth embedded unilaterally at the production stage in order to facilitate attachment by bonding for example, through the resin for use in the lining of the tanks in layered structures, in the furniture industry, construction formwork systems, flooring in the cargo, cars and semi trucks
• option to produce with a covering of target cloth for stage production - an example application of automotive accessories, boot equipment
• smooth surface of plates, dull, or so-called anti-slip structure, the so-called orange peel
• plates with surface covered with a protective film
• plates produced antistatically

Storage standards are: form: 3000x1500, 4000x2000, 2000x1000, thickness: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20 mm.
