PP wall elements:

Offered components are made form propylene by means of the integrated moulding technology, structurally loaded.

The following workmanships are available:
- colourless NATUR,
- white or black (other colours - TBA),
- UV resistant or not.

The product is used as so called wall unit for manufacturing various steady loaded, chemically resistant and corrosion resistant tanks.

Application examples:
- warehouse containers, processing tanks (for various media: water, aggressive chemicals),
- septic tanks, dung tanks,
- wells,
- damper chambers, water meter chambers etc.

Example of joining technique: mechanical joint by means of screws and, additionally, extrusion welded with a filler - PP welding wire

Standard sheet format: 1000 x 1000 mm, wall element thickness 80 mm.

The following modules are available:

Module 25
(spacing between main structural ribs is 250 mm)

Module 25 VARIO
(as above, with additional structural ribs in the middle of the sheet; owing to this fact it is possible to cut the sheet and preserve a standard edge finish)
