Based on data of the ice rink on the market the cost of the implementation in Wroclaw in 2004 amounted to 864 thousand PLN in variant with bands of wood. The cost of synthetic ice rink in lower investments is 3 - 5 times lower and in the operating lower by as much as 800%! We do not need electricity, kilometers of piping, coils, styrofoam, sand, CFC free, the enormous quantity of ammonia (some ice still working on the basis of the ammonia plant - one ice can be up to several tonnes of the gas) or glycol for filling installations, expensive units refrigeration, riots, machine-care ice - rolby (the cost of buying a new machine is around 200 - 300 thousand PLN, used a minimum of 130 thousand PLN), to support staff, etc - we only need to operate the cleaning machine (maintenance of a clean white aesthetic appearance, removing for example, pollutants such as particles of sand, dust, etc.) electric scruber, scruber with suction (such as for cleaning floors, ceramic tiles) - the purchase cost of approximately 2 - 4 thousand PLN and normal sprayer (like a garden sprayer) to the application, for example, once a week correcting sliding ability (a mixture of 50% glycerol AMARGiCE with water, the cost per month per 1 m2 of only 1,6 PLN). By comparison, the monthly cost of operating a traditional ice rink is at least 40 PLN / m² (data based on actual costs of operating an ice rink in Wroclaw). According to the calculation the ice rink costs return within a max of 2 - 3 years.

An innovative solution offered is based on the use of synthetic panels AMARGice with specially formulated material from the group of high molecular polyolefins PE 500 together with a special system of locks to facilitate fast and efficient assembly and disassembly (type S, type L) - about 400 m² in two days on a prepared surface . Specially designed formula and the composition does not require application-metallic silicon plant. We present you a new hitherto unknown use of a specially produced plates EP High Density PE for short HD (high density polyethylene) for use in the construction or modernization of karting track. Plates belts (width and length produced by AMARGO for the needs of the customer) are mounted either by bolting with bolts to secure a flat "head" (you can also perform preliminary drilling or milling and apply the plate / plate in accordance with the direction of travel) or by welding by extrusion with a binder material from the native PE HD.

Relevant properties of produced plates - such as, inter alia:

• very high impact resistance, deformation, friction, bruises resistance
• flexibility, strength and toughness,
• good features in terms of sliding ability (very low coefficient of friction),
• the total and long-term resistance to weathering, UV radiation, low temperatures.

Another custom application of plates made of polyethylene or polypropylene are casings of heat exchangers, manifolds, hot water trays. Casing-cover is the outer cover of a tray and it is made from initially flat sheet of PE or PP plate (type PP-H or PP-C), twisted and molded to any shape needed to fit the dimensions of insulated tank - drain. Between the polypropylene plate and tank - polyurethane foam is injected as insulation. Polypropylene plate is beautifully hand-welded (welding machine manually, of Steinel TRIACK type, for example) at the junction of sheets by the welding wire PP with a triangular cross section of 5 mm or extruder Ritmo Stargun type CB20, SB20, CB40, SB40. Due to the generally low thickness of the outer wall (2 - 3 - 4 max 5 mm) we recommend extruders of a low-power type CB20, SB20.

Plates of polyolefins PE and PP are the protective warming layer, and the aesthetic finish of the tank. Because of its physic-chemical parameters cover made in this way is completely resistant to corrosion and environmental conditions, and is an impermeable moisture barrier.

Plates HD PE / PP can be produced by customer order preference as completely smooth, matt or of molet / orange peel structure.

On request we can also produce panels in any RAL color. The plates are standard beige, gray, light blue, blue, dark blue, light green, dark green, black, white.
