In order to meet the expectations of the market and our customers the AMARGO company offers ready and quick solution for the construction, supply and installation of tanks in existing areas such as basements, and everywhere where there is no possibility implementing the full-size tank - reducing the dimensions of the door, passages etc. For this purpose we produce tanks from a monolith rotomoulding plastic high density polyethylene PE HD as standard fitted with external hobbing reinforcements - stiffening the supporting structure in the form of bars and bolted galvanized threaded rods - pins.

Capacity of a typical basement tank GKT 1.25 is 1250 liters (cubicoid shape, dimensions 1240 x 720 mm Height 1470 mm, with lid of 1520 mm) and GES 0.9 - 900 liters ("bottle" shape). Its construction, low weight of 60 kg + 4 kg of the cover, and specially chosen dimensions the produced tanks allow free passage through the doors of utility rooms and basements and all kinds of corridors and stairways.

To explain the technical side - Rotomoulding (otherwise: rotational molding) is a plastic molding technique, a form of rotomoulding is divided into two or more parts, is powdered with micro-powder or granular plastic material, then is placed in an oven (temperature of about 200 ° C ) - is simultaneously rotated to the two axes so that the material, which at that time becomes liquid settled itself on the walls of the form. Form is then cooled and opened, then the finished article is extracted.  

The basic advantages of rotational molding:

• production does not lead to the formation of internal stress,
• elements - tanks, shafts, wells, small wells, domes made in one production cycle, in one element, without any connections - welds,
• high wall thickness, 
• massive stability of the forms used,
• the best confirmed shape of profiles to ensure the stability of the structure of the tank plus an additional ribs reinforcing GreenLife, resulting in a maximum static strength of the tank.

The offered tanks are made entirely from the form of a certain shape, most often with the manhole and manhole cover as a compact.

In the case of the use of the storage tank and tank for pumping drinking water to produce the materials we use - the primary granules in white, being hygienic approved - proven physiological indifference to direct contact with drinking water (as in the case of plates offered PE, PP- Polish Institute of Hygiene certificate).

The main sectors of application of basement tanks are:

• water storage - buffer tanks for existing deficiencies in the supply of water or in the case of too low pressure in the pipeline - it concerns both the supply of drinking water, water for the purpose of social welfare and the purpose of protection against fire (for example, supply of fire hydrants, sprinkler systems etc.)
• equalization tanks in pool, technological and industrial installations
• tanks for dispensing treatment substances, etc.
• or as rainwater tanks in specialist rainwater reusing systems, capture / retention and / or infiltration - all necessary components as pipes, pressure pipes, drains to the sewer, transfers, dredging taps, small wells, filters, filter baskets, stabilizers of supply, manholes and pumps, indicators of the degree of filling, water connection boxes, separators of leaves the with filter function, floats, control (systems with manual or automatic supply in drinking water during the absence of rain water), signaling, valves, etc. in the AMARGO offer.

  For larger capacity we offer tank banks or design as round tanks PE HD / PP DN 1000 and 1200 mm produced on the basis of the round rings or rectangular containers made individually on the basis of structural coffers so called "wall elements" (integrated injection technology - a "honeycomb" of PP built on the one side as a plain flat plate, on the other side as a grill of vertical and horizontal at a height of 100 mm in the lateral elements - the reinforcement of 80 mm and 10 mm thick) with a welded connection using adhesives - welding wire from the native material.
